DRIVER LICENCE AND AGE
Valid driver's licence and 21 years of age.

RENT TIME
Daily rentals minumum 2 day rental.

LONG TERM RENTALS
Special rates are applied for long term rentals.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
All rental rates are inclusive of lubricant and maintance expenses. Petrol and value added tax at %15 are on renters account.

PAYMENTS
Full payment is required by cash at the time of rental. At time of rental renter has to pay in cash (min 500 dm - 250 $ ) or give blank credit card slip for precautinary. Both deposits will be returned when rental period terminates.

TRAFFIC FINES
Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.

DELIVER AND COLLECTION
Free deliver around to in Denizli. Delivery and collection outside city limits of balaban rent a car charged at 0,20$ (20 cent)/KM

INSURANCE
If the accident and alcohol reports are not admited. If the car is driven by persons other wohse names are written in the rental agreement. If the driver in under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the the driver does posses a valid national or international drivers licence. If the driver %100 faulty .

SECOND DRİVER
Necessary registration for additional drivers must be made at the time of issuing contract.

Note: Insurance does not cover the damages due to missue of car in case of an anccident or any damage, the client is supposed to ask for the correspondent police and alcohol report immediately wtihout moving the rented car from the place of the accident . Otherwise C.D.W is considered void.
